Gush Dan has Tel Aviv, city which never sleeps, at its center – where visitors arrive to enjoy the lively entertainment, quality restaurants, luxury accommodation and beautiful beaches.

There are also plenty of fascinating attractions to enjoy in the surrounding area, in towns including Ramat HaSharon, Petach Tivka, and the resorts of Herzliya and Bat Yam.

A place to include on the itinerary while in Gush Dan is Holon, which is found on the Mediterranean coast close to Tel Aviv.

The flourishing and beautiful city is one of the largest in Israel and features a wealth of cultural attractions, including many museums.

Highlights of a museum tour have to include Israel Children’s Museum, where visitors are invited to experience blindness, deafness and old age via and learn how people cope with disability.

Children can take part in museum trails, which are imaginary adventures with an educational aspect. Very young children can also get acquainted with theater, music and art through play and by creating their own versions of artwork to take home.

The Children’s Museum was opened in 2001 and has now received well over a million visitors.

The Steinberg Culture & Arts center and the Children’s Interactive Science Museum are other attractions on offer here, as well as the Design Museum which features exhibits from all over the world.

Holon’s Water Park provides kids young and old with an opportunity for a break from culture, and features an impressive range of fun waterslides.
